What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is not really yoga, in the bendy, stretchy kind of way. Nor is it about being humorous or jokey. It is a combination of yoga breathing techniques, rhythmic clapping and physical movements while laughing out loud. People quickly lose their inhibitions and it all feels very good, safe and energising.

Is it hard work?

Anyone who is reasonably fit can be a laughter yoga rebel. However, heavily pregnant women or folks with a weak bladder may find it challenging. The twenty minute cardio in the middle can leave you feeling a bit puffed out if you’re not used to exercise. But everyone can take things at their own pace and level as long as they join in.
